MAFS' Sara reveals TWO cheating scandals during rogue interview

Married At First Sight’s Sara Mesa has revealed there will be two cheating scandals that will unfold on this year’s season of the reality show.

While it’s been confirmed that participants Ellie Dix and Jono McCullough are now in a relationship after doing a ‘couple swap’ - and will reportedly attend the reunion together - the Colombian-born bride has now suggested there will be a separate cheating storyline involving herself and her partner Tim Calwell.

During a rogue appearance on The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Thursday morning, host Kyle Sandilands asked Sara about a rumour he heard about Tim.

“I don’t know if this is true, but multiple people I know up in Queensland have said that Tim’s been rooting this Brazilian [woman] the entire time, all through MAFS, all through filming,” he said.

Sara appeared to be taken aback by the rumour and asked Kyle if Tim had been sleeping with the mystery woman “throughout the whole show”.

“Yeah, he knew her and there was something going on,” Kyle responded, with his co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson chiming in to clarify that the rumour was actually that Tim had been “texting” the woman during filming.

While Sara couldn’t confirm whether she and Tim are still together as their storyline is still playing out on air, she remained tight-lipped when asked if she knew about Tim’s mystery woman.

“It might’ve been an ex,” she said. “I actually can’t remember if the ex was Italian or Brazilian.”

'Something weird's happening for sure'

Towards the end of the interview, Kyle directly asked Sara if she was involved in an upcoming “affair storyline”.

“No, well, I mean,” she fumbled. “I’m definitely not banging anyone else on the show. Something weird’s happening for sure, there’s a cheating scandal.”

Yahoo Lifestyle understands that there will be a cheating storyline similar to what Kyle and Jackie O have suggested. Sources suggest Tim has been accused of texting an ex-girlfriend throughout the experiment, but this was not revealed until filming had wrapped.
