MAFS' Olivia says she and Jackson will never get back together

For the past few weeks, Olivia Frazer has been extremely open about her desire to reunite with Jackson Lonie, even admitting last week that she was “manifesting” they would get back together.

The former couple, who fell in love on this year’s season of Married At First Sight but called it quits in August, further fuelled speculation they were once again an item when Olivia shared a video of him snoring in bed last Wednesday night.

However, the 29-year-old bride has now confessed that a reunion is no longer on the cards following a recent Halloween party where they ran into each other.

Taking to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, Olivia replied to a fan asking if she still believes she and Jackson will end up back together.

“Nope,” she replied. “That chapter has had a very lovely ending. But an ending nonetheless.”

When asked for further details, the OnlyFans star asserted that “nothing’s happened specifically”.

“We went to the same party on Friday night and we were both living our best single lives,” she said. “I think being in that environment and not being jealous or caring what the other was up to was the key to just moving on.”

She went on to say that what Jackson does with his life and who he decides to date in the future is “none of my business”.

“I am protective, so I hope that he doesn’t go out with girls who are nasty to him or high maintenance or are going to sell stories and talk to the press about him, because all of the above is uncool,” she continued. “But I hope he sees somebody nice. I hope that whoever he dates next is just the absolute love of his life, and that’s literally all there is to it.”

What happened at the Halloween party?

Olivia’s comments come shortly after she and Jackson spoke with news.com.au at a Halloween party over the weekend and addressed rumours that they were sleeping together again.

“We are not back together. We’re just friends,” the 31-year-old said when asked about Olivia’s recent video of him snoring. “I got too drunk and couldn’t drive home and I spent the night in her spare room.”

Meanwhile, Olivia spilled that Jackson was hesitant to hook up with her in case it blurred the lines of their relationship.

“He was like, ‘If we hook up now and then I hook up with someone else on Friday (at the Halloween party), don’t get upset’. And I was like, ‘I’m not gonna be OK with it either way, so we may as well hook up’,” she shared.

“I wanna be with him but he doesn’t see that. So it’s a bit of unrequited love. But it’s all right, I have faith.”

Shortly after making these comments, Olivia was photographed kissing another man right in front of her ex. She hit it off with a British filmmaker called William and they spent hours chatting while Jackson was spotted getting cosy with a brunette across the bar.

A source told Yahoo Lifestyle: “Olivia and William seemed quite smitten with each other and there were a lot of sparks. He’s only just arrived in Australia and has no idea what Married At First Sight is or who she is, which she loves.”
