MAFS' Jessika Power earns '$50,000 in five days' on OnlyFans
Married at First Sight star Jessika Power has revealed she raked in $50,000 in five days after joining OnlyFans.
Jess, who appeared on the 2019 series of the controversial show, announced in August that she would be joining the adult content subscription service.
Now, in an interview with the Herald Sun, Jess said it's already changed her life.
“I have made $50,000 in five days,” she said.
“I have earned enough money in the last five days to put down a deposit on a house and then some.
“I wish I had started it a year ago because I would be rich.”
The reality star, who is set to appear on Big Brother VIP this year, went on to say that nothing on her site is X-rated.
It comes after she clapped back at followers online who sent her hate following her announcement she was joining the site.
Jessika took to Instagram to re-share a post from reality TV page The Wash, which had outlined the normality of explicit content being shared on a variety of social media platforms.
“Honestly we’re all living behind the times,” she wrote in the caption.
“Comment what you will on this post, just know that IDGAF because I’m doing what any confident, beautiful female would do in this day and age.”
The Big Brother VIP contestant went on to say that she is using her OnlyFans page to share content that she feels comfortable with.
“I know everyone is going to have an adverse opinion on this and I never thought I’d see myself on this app, but if I can create a better life for myself and my family through an app, why the HELL wouldn’t I?!”
“Ladies and men please know from me to you, that you should never feel ashamed, embarrassed or guilty for sharing yourself on any app. It’s your body, it’s your mind and it’s your life - do with it what you want.”
Jessika, who charges $25 per month for a subscription to her page, is one of many former MAFS participants who have joined OnlyFans.
Season 8 star Alana Lister signed up late last month, asking fans for $20 a month to subscribe.
The 30-year-old told Daily Mail that she decided to join because she was “sick of the Karens” trying to tell her what she can and can’t post online.
“People have a problem with anything I do either way. Women should be allowed to feel sexy,” she said.
A number of contestants from season 7 of the reality show have also joined the subscription service, including Mishel Karen who charges $14.99 a month for her exclusive content.
Hayley Vernon also charges $15 on the site and claims that she is in the top 0.4% of creators worldwide.
Meanwhile, Michael Goonan teased in July that he and his girlfriend, fitness model Cheyenne Donaghey, might be signing up for the website.
