MAFS' Jack and Harrison to 'team up' for surprise project
Today in news that no one asked for...
Married At First Sight villains Harrison Boon and Jack Dunkley are allegedly teaming up for a surprise project together, in (hopefully fake) news that no one asked for.
Jack, a self-confessed 'alpha' who caused a lot of controversy on this year's season of MAFS, and Harrison, who most recently caused controversy in his bizarre tirade against some female co-stars, are said to be chatting about doing a potential podcast or video series together.
Yahoo Lifestyle has been told that Harrison has been "advising and coaching” Jack on how to deal with the hate he's been receiving since this year's season started, and they've now become close friends. It is believed the pair have discussed the idea of doing some sort of series together, discussing the “difficulties of being a man in 2024” and why they “didn't deserve” the public backlash they've received.
Harrison, who appears to have recently gone on a spiritual journey down the gospel of Andrew Tate, made his way back into the reality TV spotlight last week after deeming a bunch of women from his season of MAFS as the "unmarryables".
Reassuring his followers that he has very clearly moved on from his season, the 33-year-old builder then called out former co-stars Lyndall Grace, Alyssa Barmonde, Sandy Jawanda and his ex Bronte Schofield for not being in relationships.
Harrison went on to say that a woman’s “peak value” is between the ages of 18-24 while a man hits their “peak value” around the ages of 35-50 “because that’s when men’s peak earning potential kicks in”.
“It just boggles my mind that you could get international fame and notoriety for being single on a television show and still a year later struggle to land a guy. That just seems f**king mind-boggling,” he said in his rant.
Weirdly, Harrison's mind hasn't been boggled yet by the fact in 2024 women can pay their own bills and have a life outside of being in a relationship or raising kids.
“The average woman doesn’t have the spotlight, fame and notoriety of half of the women of MAFS. So you can imagine if the average woman can find a man, get married and have kids, why are these women who are in a very exclusive portion of the public where they have received hundreds of thousands of followers and millions of viewers on them and they still can’t find a relationship.”
He also went on to say some other stuff that was no doubt very enlightening, but most rational people probably stopped watching his video after 30 seconds.
Tahnee Cook stepped in to defend her co-stars, calling Harrison out on his rant, while Alyssa Barmonde hilariously added some new merch to her collection, and is now selling 'Unmarryable' t-shirts and jumpers.
In a recent Instagram Story, Harrison defended Jack whilst posting a picture of their pair alongside their partners Tori Adams and Gina.
“Nice guy, good friend, says some dumb s**t sometimes, but don't we all?” Harrison wrote.
So true, Harrison. So true.
