Luke Bryan Reveals Exciting Music News Before 'American Idol' Premiere

Luke Bryan is having an eventful 2025... and it looks like he's about to get a whole lot busier this summer.
The country singer is getting ready for judging American Idol, with the season 23 premiere airing on March 9. While Luke will be mentoring future artists to pursue a music career, he plans on putting on his cowboy boots for a show of his own. Posting on Instagram on January 27, he announced he's hitting the road during the summer for his Country Song Came On tour. Kicking off in Bethel, New York on May 29, he'll also be bringing along a revolving group of special guests for each concert. What's more, Luke shared that tickets go on sale on Friday, January 31.
"That neon’s burning on me … " he wrote in the caption. "#CountrySongCameOnTour will be coming to you this summer, featuring many special guests. Nut House ticket presale starts Tuesday 1/28 at 8am local time. Tickets go on sale Friday 1/31 at 10am local time."
Given how Luke has a huge following all over the country, seeing the news of his latest tour had them so excited for the summertime.
"I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR YOUUUUUU❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️," one person exclaimed in the comments. "Cannot wait!!!💙💙💙💙💙," another declared. "ITS LITERALLY A FULL COUNTRY SUMMER," a different follower added.
Even though it's still a while before Luke officially goes out on the road, we couldn't be more excited! And with singers like America's Got Talent alum Drake Milligan, Ashland Craft and more making appearances along the way, the Country Song Came On tour is sure to be a fun ride.
In the meantime, though, folks will just have to see Luke on American Idol when the new season premieres in March. And with the show giving a first look at the upcoming installment on Instagram on January 27, we can see Luke is ready to immerse himself in all things music in 2025.
