‘Love It Or List It’ Renewed With Replacement For Hilary Farr

HGTV’s Love It or List It will be back for a new season with new designer Page Turner. She replaces longtime co-host Hilary Farr who exited the show after 17 seasons in 2023.

Renewal of the popular home reno show was uncertain following Farr’s exit, but HGTV announced today it will return for its new season in Summer 2025.

A licensed real estate agent, Turner has appeared on HGTV’s Flip or Flop Nashville and Fix My Flip.

The series’ longtime real estate agent David Visentin will be back for the eight-episode season with Turner.

In each episode of Love It or List It, a couple or family shows their current house to the designer (Turner) and Visentin. The designer renovates parts of the home based on the wishes of the homeowners and their budget and oversees the renovations and construction. Visentin finds real estate listings that meet the homeowners’ needs and budget to convince them to list their current house and buy a new one.

“HGTV fans first came to love Page Turner on Flip or Flop Nashville and Fix My Flip and were introduced to her competitive side in two seasons of Rock the Block,” said Loren Ruch, Head of Content, HGTV. “Her extensive background in real estate and design will be a superpower as she enters into this celebrated real estate rivalry. We cannot wait to watch her give David a run for his money.”

Love It or List It, which premiered on HGTV in 2008, is produced by Big Coat Media.
