“Love Is Blind”'s Ashley Adionser Goes on 'Serene' Getaway Following Split from Tyler Francis
Ashley confirmed to PEOPLE on Jan. 21 that she and Tyler had gone their separate ways after it became "clear that our paths are no longer aligned"
Ashley Adionser is taking some time away — and soaking up the sun — following her split from Tyler Francis.
The Love Is Blind alum confirmed to PEOPLE on Jan. 21 that she and Tyler had "made the difficult decision to end our marriage" over a year after they said "I do," and now, Ashley is enjoying a tropical getaway with her friends.
She posted a video from Turks & Caicos on her Instagram Stories on Jan. 23, showing a beautiful poolside view and palm trees, which she described as "so serene 😌." She's there with her friend, WAGS Atlanta alum Telli Swift, for a birthday trip, and the estranged fiancée of boxer Deontay Wilder also posted with Ashley on her Instagram Stories.
The ladies were kicking off the fun with a game of poker together, according to a video posted by Swift, and Ashley seemed to be in good spirits as she smiled for the camera with her friend.
In her statement to PEOPLE, Ashley, who got married to Tyler on season 7 of the Netflix series, said, "While I had hoped for mutual understanding and transparency in our relationship, it has become clear that our paths are no longer aligned, making it impossible for me to continue in this marriage."
"This was not a decision I made lightly, but one I know is necessary for my own growth and peace," she continued. "While this chapter is ending, I will always hold respect for the time and love we shared. I kindly ask for privacy during this deeply personal time as I focus on healing and building a new future. Thank you for your understanding and support."

The following day, Tyler addressed the news in a post on his Instagram Stories, calling the decision to split "an incredibly difficult and emotional process for both of us, and it is one we have approached with great care and respect for one another."
"While our journey together began with so much hope and love, we came to realize that there were challenges we could not overcome," he wrote. "I take full accountability for my role in the difficulties we faced, and I respect Ashley's decision to move forward in a way that prioritizes her peace and happiness."
He praised Ashley as "an incredible woman" as he said he has "nothing but admiration and gratitude for the love and support she has given me."
"I ask for kindness and understanding as we both move forward separately, focusing on healing and growing."
Ashley and Tyler's split comes just over one year after they wed on Love Is Blind — though, the episodes aired in October 2024 — and just two months after they cleared up pregnancy rumors amid rampant speculation online.
After a video suggesting Ashley was pregnant went viral on TikTok, she took to her Instagram Stories to shut down the rumor, as she said: "It looks like apparently I can't have a private life at all and can't keep anything to myself."
The reality star confirmed she was "not pregnant" as she reminded fans of the show that she and her husband are still "normal people" despite their fame from the series.
Love Is Blind seasons 1-7 can be streamed on Netflix and season 8 premieres Feb. 14.
