'What did he say?!': Viewers beg Lisa Wilkinson for unedited Robbie Williams chat
Robbie Williams’ highly anticipated appearance on The Project has left viewers begging for more after a much-hyped part of the cheeky singer’s interview remained censored.
A six-minute promo released ahead of Thursday night’s show teased a tantalising moment between the UK pop star and host Lisa Wilkinson that left her blushing.
“You have achieved so much, Robbie Williams, I’m wondering is there anything still left on your bucket list that you would love to do,” the longtime TV personality asked in the clip.
The Take That band member took a dramatic pause before making a short reply that was bleeped out, causing Lisa to shake her head and exclaim, “We can’t use that!”
Lisa had hinted at the cheeky chart-topper’s ‘unexpected’ remark in an Instagram post earlier that day, seeing many excited fans eager to tune in that evening.

But when the interview aired in full, Robbie’s response remained a mystery, prompting viewers to take to social media to share their disappointment and call on the program to release an unedited version.
“I’d love to know what was beeped out when talking about his bucket list! Any clues???” wrote one fan on Twitter.
“I really need to know what was bleeped... please spill it!!,” another begged.
“Hey project team maybe you can put an uncensored version of Robbie’s interview on the late night project,” suggested one.
Robbie Williams jokes about ‘large pronoun’
Staying true to his cheeky antics and a bad boy persona, elsewhere in the interview the 18-time BRIT award winner joked about undergoing ‘surgery’ and adopting a new pronoun.
“I've really got into stripping. I have had 'the' operation and by 'the' operation, I don't mean I'm changing gender, I just mean my gender is getting bigger,” Robbie told Lisa.
“And now my pronoun is large,” he quipped.
The chat also touched on more wholesome topics such as Robbie’s parenting style and his daughter’s hilarious moment at a recent royal wedding as well as what Aussies can expect from his tour Down Under.
Robbie's performance as part of Melbourne's Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix on March 14 will be his only gig down under in 2020.
