Kmart shoppers 'in love' with $22 pyjamas hack: 'You would never know'

Customers say the pieces are too good to wear to bed.

Kmart shoppers are a creative bunch. The retailer's $22 Satin Cami and Pants Pyjama Set is flying off shelves, but customers aren't buying the green and purple patterned set to sleep in.

One savvy shopper recently revealed in a Kmart fans' Facebook group that she styled up the PJs set and wore it out. "Hacked the PJs as a going out set, just added a jacket and Kmart wedges," one savvy shopper shared in a Kmart fans Facebook group.

"Now this! This is a total hack! You look stunning. Never in a million years would I have imagined this up, but what a great hack!" gushed one Kmart fan. "Love it! Straight into bed when you get home," joked another.

The woman's clever idea has racked up thousands of likes, with others confessing they also style up "gorgeous" pyjamas as everyday wear. "I have a pair of PJ plants from a couple of years ago and wear them as pants. With a pair of heels, you would never know," one shopper admitted.

Another Kmart shopper revealed she wears the store's nighties as dresses, saying they're "just too nice not to be worn out!"

The set comes in sizes 6 to 22 and features a cami with scoop neck adjustable shoulder straps and elastic waistband full-length pants. Kmart also stock a matching Longline Kimono for $25. Apart from the "stunning" pattern, customers are praising the quality of the PJs, awarding them a five-star rating. "I can't believe this is from Kmart," TikTok user @sincerelybelz shared with her 40,000 followers. "I am in love... it is just beautiful."
