Aldi's wildly popular advent calendars are back from just $4

Aldi is getting into the Christmas spirit with the release of a range of advent calendars for 2023, and with something for everyone, we’re guessing they won’t be on shelves for long.

Shoppers are already raving about this year’s selection and prices. “Gotta love the advent calendars!” one customer wrote of the selection, while another said they'd seen the Aldi's Cadbury calendar in other stores for double the price.

You’ll find a range of adult advent calendars in the middle aisle, with the 12-day charm bracelet calendar set to be a big hit. Available for $19.99, it’s a budget-savvy choice, with other retailers selling a similar version for over $30. There’s also a candle calendar, coffee pod and Pukka tea calendar to choose from.

One of the standouts this year is the 12-day beauty calendar that features products from the store’s popular Lacura skincare range, which flies off shelves every time a new product is released.

There are plenty of kids options too, starting at $3.99 for the traditional chocolate calendars that feature Barbie, Paw Patrol, Minions or Peppa Pig. Lolly lovers won’t be disappointed either, with a Chupa Chups calendar for $6.99.

If you’re looking for something without the calories, there’s a storybook collection calendar that features a story for each of the 24 days in the lead-up to Christmas. Two storybook collections are available, including a Marvel collection calendar and a Disney collection calendar for $17.99 each.
