"After singing, dancing for hours and even jump roping, he found the time to greet his fans outside in the feeezing New York cold! Dannielynn was one of those fans that got an autograph and a hug," recalled Birkhead.
In the clip, Hugh told Dannielynn that he was watching her enthusiasm during his performance of "A Million Dreams."
Jackman performs songs from The Greatest Showman, Les Miserables, The Boy from Oz, The Music Man and other projects from his career during the show, which marks his first new concert offering in five years.
"She was extremely excited and a bit in disbelief, when she got to actually meet him after all," wrote Birkhead. "His kindness and awesome performance really does prove that he is in fact, The Greatest Showman."
In addition to complementing Jackman's performance in the show, Birkhead ended his post by thanking him for "making dreams come true."

In a December Instagram post, Birkhead shared that he had surprised his daughter with a life-sized cutout of Jackman and tickets to his show because, as he put it, "all Dannielynn wanted for Christmas was Hugh Jackman under the tree."
He shared that his first go around getting tickets was unsuccessful after they quickly sold out, but after going back online Christmas week, he found that some tickets had opened up.
"I found her a life-size cutout of Hugh and put it under the tree. So, technically speaking, she got her wish, which saved Christmas. I’m just a Dad making dreams come true one day at a time. 😆," joked Birkhead.
