Lana Del Rey Shines at Coachella in Swarovski Crystal-embellished Dolce & Gabbana Dresses

Coachella headliner Lana Del Rey donned not one, but two Dolce & Gabbana dresses adorned with Swarovski crystals for her performance on Friday. The annual music festival, taking place in Indio, Calif., spans two weekends.

Styled by Molly Dickson, Del Rey’s opening ensemble was a baby blue draped jersey dress, featuring a subtle center-front cutout and fully adorned with Swarovski crystals. She finished off the look with crystal-adorned cowboy boots. Her backup dancers also wore similarly hued blue, shimmering outfits, complete with teal cowboy boots. At the beginning of her set, she welcomed Jon Batiste on stage to play their collaboration “Candy Necklace” as she sat on top of his piano.

Del Rey’s second outfit was another custom blue gown by Dolce & Gabbana featuring Swarovski crystals. The piece was entirely embroidered with Swarovski crystal chains, incorporating a braided motif accented with fringe and rose details. The gown was completed with a belt that cascaded into a dramatic 30-foot train. She left the show on the back of a motorcycle wearing the gown.

The artist last wore D&G at the Venice Film Festival in 2022, where she donned a custom black lace gown crafted by the Italian fashion house.

Del Rey was recently featured as the face of Skims’ 2024 Valentine’s Day campaign.
