Lana Condor Declares It’s ‘Wedding Season’ as She Shares Glimpse of ‘Taste Testing’ with Fiancé Anthony De La Torre
The ‘To All The Boys I've Loved Before’ actress and the musician got engaged in 2022
Lana Condor is getting ready to tie the knot!
On Saturday, Oct. 12, the To All The Boys I've Loved Before alum, 27, revealed in a sweet Instagram Stories post that she and her fiancé Anthony De La Torre, 30, were tasting some meals to decide what their guests would be eating on their special day.
In the photo, the couple can be seen posing with a glasses of champange, cocktails and gold plates full of meal options as they sampled their potential menu. Condor wore a brown tank top, and De La Torre sported a classic, white button down.
"Wedding taste testing !!!" she captioned the photo. "I've dreamed of my tasting since I was a little girl ... wedding season, let's gooooooo!!!”
In January 2022, the To All the Boys I've Loved Before actress and musician announced that they were engaged after six years of dating.
"I'm very, very very excited," Condor told PEOPLE following her engagement announcement. "Anthony is my absolute best friend. He's my person ... He's that warrior that's been with me every step of the way over the past six years of my world changing ... I just always want to be by his side and he's been the most supportive person in my career."
Since then, the Netflix star has been candid about her wedding planning, beginning with the custom engagement ring De La Torre had designed by Vietnamese female-owned jeweler Paris Jewellers for the occasion.
"The fact he knew how important it was to me that he'd collaborate [with] a Vietnamese company to help design my ring is a testament to just how truly thoughtful he always is," she wrote in an Instagram post in 2022. "I cannot wait to be your wife, baby. I love you a million times over."

In another interview with PEOPLE in March 2022, Condor opened up about wedding planning — and revealed that she had been dreaming of her wedding day for years.
"Growing up, I knew I always wanted to get married and have a beautiful wedding but I wasn't, like, Pinterest-ing or figuring out every detail," the Moonshot actress said at the time. "Anthony and I are both pretty go with the flow. So as we plan, we're just going with what we feel in the moment."
"I'm most looking forward to seeing [De La Torre] as I walk down the aisle," she said. "I'm [also] really looking forward to my dad walking me down the aisle. I'm already crying about that."

Although Condor later told PEOPLE in May 2022 that the longtime couple did not "plan on doing the long engagement" because of how long they've been together, the process of buying a home together delayed their plans.
"Weddings are expensive; homes are expensive. It probably will be pushed a little bit, because we're changing the venue a bit," she said at the time.
In June 2023, Condor told PEOPLE that they had hoped to get married by the end of that year, but "it's contingent on the home being done."
"We just bought a home together and we're renovating it," she said during a chat with PEOPLE in 10. "I'm really excited for the home to be finished and for us to actually make a home and have a routine in that home."
