Lainey Wilson Reveals Major Career Move She Says You 'Don't Want to Miss'
Lainey Wilson fans got some seriously good news this week—not to mention a laugh.
The "Watermelon Moonshine" singer took to Instagram on Friday, Jan. 31, to announce the North American leg of her Whirlwind World Tour with a funny video featuring Wilson doing her best impression of a meteorologist.
In the clip, Wilson stood in front of a digital map wearing mustard yellow bell bottoms with a matching vest over a blue shirt, accessorizing with a black cowboy hat.
"Life is a whirlwind, but I tell you what—what you're about to see here is a breeze," Wilson began, gesturing at the map.
"Y'all know the crazy winds that have been whipping up in Europe? Well, that's right, they are headed due west, right here, to America," she continued. "Our radar indicates they'll be landing in Phoenix, Arizona, which is usually party sunny—excuse me, partly sunny."
Wilson then handed the "forecast" over to country singer Ernest, a supporting act on the upcoming tour, who wore a yellow parka and appeared to be standing in the middle of a storm.
"Well, as you can see, these winds are no joke," Ernest said.

The faux weather report also included commentary from another supporting act, Muscadine Bloodline, acting as news anchors while they listed off additional opening acts (including Katelynn Butts, Maddox Batson, Drake Milligan and Lauren Watkins).
Meanwhile, the post's caption read, "This whirlwind is cutting through North America this fall after its Europe run!🌪️ Tickets to the #WhirlwindWorldTour go on sale Friday, February 7th at 10am local.
