Yahoo Lifestyle Kristin Cavallari Goes Off on the Kardashians, Calls Them "Fake" and "Calculated"
Kristin Cavallari is not done talking about the Kardashians. Mere weeks after exposing Scott Disick's private DM and calling him "manipulative," Kristin went on the Dumb Blonde podcast (via Page Six) and chatted about the end of her friendship with Kourtney Kardashian.
“Scott and Kourtney started dating, that’s how I met Kourtney. I fucking loved Kourtney,” she said “We were really good friends.”
So...why aren't they friends anymore? According to KCav, things got tense after she went to Las Vegas with Scott + some friends while he and Kourtney were broken up. “We all went out, we had a good time, I was never even alone with Scott,” she explained. “The next morning, it was on Page Six or something that Scott and I had hooked up.”
Kristin claims that Scott leaked the story to make Kourtney jealous, and that the eldest Kardashian was upset even though KCav explained she'd "never fucking touch Scott."
“Kourtney was really upset about it,” Kristin said. “She was like, ‘Well, I don’t know. I just know I have sisters and I would never put myself in that situation.' Scott must have said it was true or something, because all it would have taken was for Scott to be like, ‘That’s not true.'”
Anyway! Reminder that back in November Kristin accused Scott of DMing her with ulterior motives. As she put it, “Scott, you miss me after 17 years? No, that timing is not lost on me that as I’m ripping on the Kardashians, calling them out for shit, now they want to send in Scott,” she said at the time, saying it was the “most manipulative.”
The Laguna Beach star touched on this again during her appearance on Dumb Blonde, saying Scott's DM “Just felt so calculated to me. And this is what the Kardashians and a lot of people in Hollywood do … when you’re out there talking shit, they want to shut you up. So, it’s keep your friends close and your enemies closer. And I don’t play that game. It’s so fake to me.”
I mean, this is a lot! But just FYI that a source previously told Page Six "Scott has no idea why Kristin thinks his text to her was manipulative and that’s not at all how he intended it to be interpreted. Scott doesn’t understand why Kristin felt the need to read something he felt was a personal message between them out to the entire world."
