A Kmart shopper has given a dire warning about a $35 hair product after it was posted in a Kmart fans' Facebook group. One customer was looking for recommendations on the hair styling tool and may have left more confused about whether they wanted to buy it or not after being met with mixed reviews.

The 5-in-1 hair styler is priced at $35 and boasts of giving "salon-style perfect hair" in the comfort of your own home, and comes with four attachments: the main unit, a dryer head, a round brush head, flat brush head, and straightening head.

Over on the Kmart site, the company has said the product has been tested to applicable Australian electrical safety standards, but some Kmart shoppers have expressed concern after using the product themselves.
