Kim Kardashian Reveals She's Actually Icing Her Back in Seductive Selfie: See Her Leather Look

The SKIMS founder added a series of sexy selfies to Instagram on Friday, Sept. 20

Kim Kardashian knows how to remedy a sore back while looking stylish.

On Friday, Sept. 20, the reality star, 43, posted a series of seductive selfies to her Instagram profile. But in the caption, the SKIMS founder revealed she was actually healing her back without revealing the painful problem or its cause.

Kardashian wrote in the caption: “Might look cute but really just icing my back.”

She accompanied the truthful caption with two photos of her lying on a couch in her leather ensemble. Both photos captured Kardashian as she posed for the camera and gave a glimpse of her black leather laced-up halter top and a pair of high-waisted black leather pants.

In another photo, she showed off the ice pack she was using with a white towel she had as a barrier on her beige couch.

Her following photos included a few more selfies—but this time, she stood in front of a mirror. In those selfies, the American Horror Story: Delicate star captured the details of her sultry leather look. Kardashian's ensemble was topped off with nude-colored glam and her hair styled in a loose blowout.

Kardashian added a close-up photo of the leather top’s details and with that snapshot showed off her French-tip manicure.

Her Friday night look comes after she celebrated the first day of school for her four children — Psalm, 5, Chicago, 6, Saint, 8, and North, 11, whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West. She posted a series of photos on Instagram on Tuesday, Sept. 17, of the family of five smiling in the photo, posing outside.

Kardashian first shared a selfie of her and her four little ones, which was taken by North. The proud mom also included a shot of all of her kids together, as well as a family photo, with Kardashian holding up a peace sign and North standing taller than her mom.

"School daze are upon us," the mom of four wrote in her caption.
