KFC is giving fans the chance to win their dream wedding worth $80K
The fast-food chain is launching its new burger and you're invited to celebrate.
According to Beyoncé, if you liked it, then you shoulda put a ring on it. We're pretty certain she didn't mean an onion ring, but thanks to KFC, you can now do exactly that.
KFC is bringing back its famous wedding contest, along with a brand new BBQ Onion Ring burger, which features the ultimate symbol of love: two rings (in this case, onion rings).
The fast-food chain is calling on loved-up couples to pop the question with the new burger, for an edible way to declare their love and the chance to win an $80,000 wedding.
The best onion ring proposal will score the ultimate KFC wedding package, complete with fried chicken catering and theming, venue hire, photography and entertainment to bring the event to life.

Back in 2020, Queensland couple Kate and Harrison Cann surprised their family and friends with a KFC-catered wedding after taking out the proposal competition.
Now, lovebirds around Australia have the opportunity to do the same by sharing their own onion ring wedding proposal.
How to win
KFC is inviting all couples aged 18 and above to go in the draw by sharing a proposal picture, a 15-second video introducing themselves and why they love KFC, as well as 100 words or less about why they deserve a KFC wedding on the KFC website. But get in quick because entries close 27 November 2023.
The BBQ Onion Ring Burger, which includes an Original Recipe Fillet, cheese, lettuce, sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, and, of course, two onion rings, will be available at participating stores or via the KFC App from Tuesday 31 October until Monday 27 November.
The burger can also be purchased as a combo with chips and a drink in a BBQ Onion Ring Burger Box or you can pick up the KFC Onion Rings individually as a pack of five.
Tami Cunningham, CMO at KFC Australia, said the proposal competition was all about enjoying life — and KFC — with loved ones. "We know our customers love our fried chicken almost as much as they love their partners, so what could go better together than KFC and weddings, a moment of celebration where our delicious chicken can be enjoyed right at the heart," she said.
