Kehlani Marries Pinstripes and Old Hollywood Glamour in Robert Wun Dress for Grammys 2025 Red Carpet
Grammy-nominated singer Kehlani brought old Hollywood glamour to the Grammys 2025 red carpet on Sunday in Los Angeles. She was wearing a custom-made Rober Wun black pinstriped-patterned gown. The dress featured a corset top with a sweetheart neckline and triangular peplums flaring out at the hips. A train draped to the ground in delicate ruffles.
She accessorized with statement diamond drop earrings, a diamond necklace, long black gloves, black pointy-toed stilettos and a diamond bow anklet.

Kehlani’s look was designed by stylist Sara Merabet. Her hair was in loose Old Hollywood waves, styled by hairstylist Quran Smith. Her makeup was done by Troye Antonio, who gave her a dark, boldly-lined lip.
Robert Wun’s recent fall 2024 show, titled “Time,” featured his signature dramatic, surrealistic looks, inspired by flowers, snowflakes and skeletons. His spring 2024 couture show was inspired by horror movies.
“The collection was something of a retrospective, looking back over 10 years since he created his brand. There were reprisals of now-familiar silhouettes, but with a more confident hand, proof the designer is hitting his stride, of which there was also plenty sitting front row,” said WWD’s Alex Wynne.
Kehlani’s daughter, Adeya Nomi Parrish Young-White, with guitarist Javie Young-White, joined her on the red carpet. She matched her mother in a black sleeveless dress with a shimmery waistband and flowing tulle skirt.
At Sunday’s ceremony, Kehlani was nominated for three awards: Best R&B Song for “After Hours,” Best Progressive R&B Album for Crash and Best Melodic Rap Performance for “Kehlani.”
The 67th Grammy Awards, hosted by Trevor Noah at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena, celebrated the best in music and raised funds for wildfire relief efforts in California and honoring first responders. Beyoncé led the nominations with a record-breaking 11 nods. Other top nominees included Charli XCX, Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, Post Malone, Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan and Taylor Swift.
