Despite the fact that Suri Noelle has officially decamped to Pennsylvania for college, she is still Katie Holmes's biggest supporter. Case in point? She made a surprise visit home to New York City this weekend for Holmes's final performance of Our Town. Holmes plays Mrs. Webb in the Broadway revival, which ran from October 2024 until January 2025 at Barrymore Theatre in midtown Manhattan, and Suri made sure to witness her final bow.

Of course, this isn't the first time Suri made the trip home to support her mom on stage. When Our Town opened in October, she also attended Holmes's debut performance, which marked her first time on a Broadway stage since 2012's Dead Accounts. (She played Julia Cheever in 2023's The Wanderers, which was technically Off-Broadway.) Holmes made her Broadway debut in 2008 with All My Sons.

"We're all in it together," Holmes said in a post from the Our Town Instagram page. "It does give that sense that this is all a community. Every single show is a new community."

Holmes is famously close with Suri, whom she raised as a single mom after parting ways with Tom Cruise back in 2012. After raising her daughter in New York City, she recently became an empty nester when Suri began her freshman year at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

"Of course, I will miss the close proximity," Holmes told Town & Country last August. "But I’m really proud of her and I’m happy."
