Jessica Alba is spreading some wisdom and positive vibes following news of her split from husband Cash Warren. She took to Instagram to share kind, forward-looking words just days after she addressed their breakup.

The Fantastic Four star reposted a reel made by author Diego Perez to her story. The flick includes the message: "How do you build a good life? Relentlessly follow your intuition. Build with people who also love to grow. Take responsibility for your healing. Love yourself so deeply that you feel at home in your own body and mind. Teach yourself to forgive. Never stop being a kind person," in white letters on a black screen with soft piano music playing in the background. Alba added the simple caption, "This."

On another slide, Alba shared a small astrology illustration with the accompanying message: "The frequency you align your energy with attracts back similar vibrations. It also shapes the spaces you enter and the overall collective vibration."

It's clear Alba has growing and healing on her mind, which may be a result of her and Warren's breakup.

News broke that she and Warren were heading toward divorce on January 8, with TMZ being the first to report the information. In the months prior, the two sparked marriage trouble speculation after they were seen stepping out without their wedding rings.

Alba broke her silence on the matter on January 16 with an emotional statement to her Instagram, which included similar sentiments to her posts from today.

"I've been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years—both as an individual and in partnership with Cash," she wrote.
