Jennifer Lopez sizzles in red bikini for 'Monday motivation'
Jennifer Lopez is the 2021 inspiration and motivation we all need right now, kicking off the new year by sharing a double dose of her killer bod online.
The 51-year-old shared a snap of her first Monday workout on her Instagram, before adding extra ‘Monday Motivation’ by sharing a sizzling bikini video to show off her trim physique.
“Meditation and affirmations,” the pop star captioned the image of herself twirling on the beach in Miami, before taking a moment of stillness looking at the ocean.

The actress also wore a red, purple and gold silk Versace robe with her nickname JLo on the back.
Her followers loved the care-free clip, and the sexy red look, leaving plenty of fire emoji in the comments section.
“Loving this look gorgeous,” one person commented.
While another wrote: “Wow, queen!”
Jennifer didn’t waste any time getting back to the gym after her killer New Year’s Eve performance, posting a photo of herself sweating it out on one of the gym’s cable machines.
Her rock-hard abs and booty come down to major sweat sessions in the gym - and she doesn’t let her routine drop when she’s on the go.
In Los Angeles she works out with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson - Gwyneth Paltrow’s pal - and in New York she sees David Kirsch.
J.Lo revealed back in 2019 that she’s a fan of a ten-day “No sugar, no carbs” diet which involves cutting out all added sugar and starchy carbohydrates such as bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, and ice cream.
She also reportedly doesn’t drink alcohol or caffeine and fills up on protein and sugar-free snacks like cucumber, sugar-free jelly and tuna poke to beat cravings.
The bronzed goddess is also religious about staying out of the sun, telling US Weekly, “I'm rarely in the sun, but if I am, I wear a lot of sunscreen.”
Late last year JLo stunned in a sheer jumpsuit for her steamy AMA performance, with the performance being hailed as the ‘hottest AMA moment ever’ by adoring fans on social media.
JLo wore a black jumpsuit with sheer panels that exposed her famous curves.
“No one has ever aged better honey,” wrote fan wrote online.
“It was insane. U killed it baby,” declared another.
