Jennifer Lopez’s Makeup Artist Praises Her ‘Flawless’ Look at “Unstoppable ”Premiere: ‘Shines from Every Angle’
“Let me tell you, she is serving full disco ball glamour,” makeup artist Scott Barnes wrote on Instagram
Jennifer Lopez's makeup artist Scott Barnes is singing her praises following her Toronto International Film Festival appearance.
On Friday, Sept. 6, the singer and actress, 55, turned heads as she was photographed on the red carpet at the premiere of her new film, Unstoppable, wearing a dazzling floor-length silver Tamara Ralph dress featuring high splits that were tied together with black velvet bows.
Lopez's face glowed with her rocking a smoky eye and nude lipstick for the event, which marked her first major public appearance since it was reported she'd filed for divorce from husband Ben Affleck, 52, on Aug. 20 after two years of marriage.
While commenting on the Atlas star's TIFF look in an Instagram post on Friday, Lopez's makeup artist said, "✨ When Jennifer Lopez hits the red carpet, you know we’re going Unstoppable—literally. 🔥💃."

"Flawless skin, bold eyes, and that signature glow—because when JLo shows up, she shines from every angle. 👑💫," Barnes concluded.

Lopez has kept a fairly low profile since news of her and Affleck's split was announced in August. Despite his and Matt Damon's production company Artists Equity working on Unstoppable, Affleck wasn't in attendance at Friday's premiere. Damon, however, was pictured at the TIFF event with his wife, Luciana, as well as Lopez and the film's cast.
Unstoppable follows the real-life story of wrestler Anthony Robles, who was born with one leg and won a NCAA national championship in 2011 for Arizona State University. Lopez plays the role of Anthony's mother, Judy.
Lopez and Affleck tied the knot in Las Vegas on July 17, 2022, after rekindling their romance in 2021. They had a second wedding with their family and friends in Georgia on Aug. 20, 2022 — exactly two years before Lopez filed for divorce.
