Jennifer Garner Shares Rare Childhood Photos With Lookalike Sisters
Jennifer Garner took a trip down memory lane in honor of her two sisters with a series of vintage snaps, and fans couldn't get over how much the three siblings looked alike as kids.
The 52-year-old actress took to Instagram on Wednesday, Jan. 29—in between the birthdays of her older sister Melissa Lynn and younger sister Susannah Kay—to share a carousel of throwback photos.
Jennifer kicked off the birthday-themed post with a pic of the three sisters hugging on a boat, following up with images of other memorable family moments like dressing up for Halloween and playing in the forest.
"My sisters’ birthdays fall on either side of this week, just as my sisters landed on either side of me," Jennifer wrote in her caption.
"Smashed in the middle, right between Melissa and Susannah, is where I belong—more than any other spot on the planet," she continued. "I’m more and more grateful to be the middle Garner Girl, buffered from the world by one big and one little. Happy birthday, Sisters. ♥️"

Jennifer's followers were stunned by the similarities between the sisters.
"Wow strong family resemblance," marveled one fan.
"The way you copy and pasted your older sister’s face 😂❤️," joked somebody else.
"The Garner genes are strong my goodness," another commenter noted.
In an interview with Southern Living, Jennifer talked about how growing up with sisters shaped her as a person.
“Being the middle sister of these three girls is the relationship that defines me more than anything else. More than being my kids’ mother...I’m first and foremost the middle Garner girl,” she said.
Jennifer has also credited her older sister, Melissa, with setting her on the path to success.
“If I’m totally honest, I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for the fact that I have this bigger-than-life, incredible older sister,” she told The Independent in 2009. “She’s beautiful, and she was valedictorian, got a 1600 on her SATs and was the head majorette."
“I was just the middle kid, kind of looking for attention," Jennifer added. "So that’s what drove me, I think, to do things she wasn’t doing.”
