Inside Nova radio host Fitzy's new $5m mansion as he 'leaves Sydney'
The radio host and his family appear to have moved into the house, spending the festive period there.
Nova radio host Ryan 'Fitzy' Fitzgerald and his family appear to have settled into their new Adelaide mansion after Yahoo Lifestyle exclusively revealed his plans to relocate back to South Australia from Sydney.
The radio host and his family spent Christmas in the new Port Noarlunga property after knocking down the 1960s-built four-bedroom house on the 691m² plot of land and building his dream family home.
The new property boasts three levels, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and incredible views of Port Noarlunga, which is about 30 minutes outside of Adelaide.

Fitzy purchased the property for $780,000 in 2008 and spent years leasing it out as a holiday rental before then starting renovations about three years ago. It is now estimated to be worth around $5 million.
The radio host hasn't confirmed that he will be hosting his radio show from South Australia, but hinted at the change in an Instagram post dedicated to his wife, Belinda Jay, for their anniversary.
"Another year down with this gem," he wrote in December. "On to a new chapter. Thank you for everything @beejahay. Your boys would be lost without you ❤️."
TV presenter Tom Williams commented on the post, writing, "Going to miss you guys!"
Belinda, meanwhile, shared a video on her Instagram account, showcasing the incredible home, which features a pool, large living and dining areas, and is moments from the beach.

In the clip, she shared moments from the festive period, including Christmas and New Year's Eve, with the family looking incredibly happy with the change.
"So great you guys are back!" one follower commented, while another added, "Life looks really good! Great move for you all ❤️ don’t look back."
"Happy New Year 🥳 welcome to Porties!" a third said.
"I walk past your house nearly every day, it’s amazing, I loved watching it flourish!" someone else said.
'Huge risk'
In November, Yahoo Lifestyle revealed Fitzy's plans to relocate to Adelaide permanently within the next six months and broadcast Nova 96.9's Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie breakfast show from South Australia.
A radio insider tells us: "Fitzy moving back to Adelaide and doing the show from there is a huge risk. The chemistry is never the same when hosts are not in the same studio, so Nova will have to work hard to maintain the same energy so the long distance doesn't convey on air.
"If it doesn't work, the talent's contracts may not be renewed – it's as simple as that and the future of the show is uncertain. Not having MDG [newsreader, Matt de Groot] there is another huge blow for listeners too."
Matt announced last year that he was leaving the show after 11 years and would be relocating to London with his family.

When contacted for comment, a spokesperson from Nova Entertainment didn't deny the changes, telling us, "Currently, Nova Entertainment is unable to comment on the production logistics of the Sydney Breakfast show for 2024 but will provide any relevant updates in the new year, prior to shows returning."
Fitzy has previously made no secret of his desire to move back to South Australia and put his family ahead of his lucrative radio career in Sydney.
"We will end up back at Port Noarlunga to live," he told RealEstate.com in 2015. "I’m really enjoying my time in Sydney but I really want my kids to have that life… the childhood I had, I would not change it for the world."
