Inside Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet's 'Very Serious' Romance, from Family Ties to Finding 'Quality Time' (Exclusive)

A source close to Jenner says she’s still very happy with Chalamet. He’s been working in NYC, but they fly back and forth to see each other, according to the source.

Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet are still going strong.

A source close to Jenner tells PEOPLE the Kylie Cosmetics founder, 27, and Chalamet, 28, are "just a great couple” and “everyone loves them together.”

“He’s close with her family and she’s close with his family,” the source says of the pair, who have been linked since April 2023. "It’s very serious, but also a fun relationship.”

“They’ve really been able to figure out a good balance between working and spending quality time together,” the source adds. The Little Women actor is now filming a new movie, Marty Supreme, in New York City, while Jenner remains based in Los Angeles.

The source adds, “He’s involved with her kids and appreciates that they will always be her priority.” Jenner shares 6-year-old daughter Stormi and 2-year-old son Aire with ex-boyfriend Travis Scott.

Reps for Jenner and Chalamet have not commented.

Although the reality TV star and Oscar-nominated actor were first linked romantically last spring, they did not make their public debut until they attended Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour in September 2023. Days after the concert, the couple was spotted together at New York Fashion Week and the 2023 US Open.

Since then, they have made sporadic appearances, including date nights at the WSJ. Magazine Innovators Awards in November 2023, the 2024 Golden Globes in January and an intimate movie date in June. In mid-August, the Wonka actor joined The Kardashians star for a trip to the Bahamas to celebrate her 27th birthday.

Shortly after their August vacation, a source told PEOPLE, “She's incredibly happy with him. She's never been in love like this before," adding, "He's great for her."

"He's so discreet and always has her back,” the source noted. “He's very much a gentleman and everything that Kylie deserves. They are very serious.”

Jenner was recently seen with Chalamet's older sister, Pauline Chalamet, at the Paris Fashion Week Coperni show on Tuesday, Oct. 1. There, Jenner closed out the fashion house’s show, and although Chalamet was not in attendance, Pauline, 32, was on hand to celebrate the exciting moment.

After the show, Jenner and Pauline shared a sweet embrace, which was captured in an NSS Magazine video.Jenner grinned from ear to ear in the moment.
