As the new Queen of the Jungle, Liz walks away with $100,000 for her chosen charity, Share The Dignity.
The sports star shared her surprise at winning the brutal competition, joking, "Oh my gosh. Finally, I'm a queen!"
Host Julia Morris revealed that voting for Liz and Harry was "extremely close".
"My kids never saw me play netball," Liz shared earlier in the show. "I want to show them what Mummy can do. I want to show them I can be strong, face danger and still work through."
She also admitted her time in the jungle hadn't been easy, but added, "Everyone got through it. It's just been so good to get to know everybody."
Speaking of her charity, Liz explained, "They worked with 3,000 charities to provide much-needed period products to women who are homeless, fleeing domestic violence or who are living right on the poverty line or struggling to make ends meet."
She added, "It helps them and their family gets through and allows them to be dignified. And you hear about women and their stories."
Fans took to Twitter to share their excitement at Liz's win, with one user writing, "Liz did such a fantastic job in the challenges she deserved the win."
"I’ve loved Liz since I was a little girl, and through my teen years. So happy about this win," another added.
"LIZ ELLIS QUEEN OF THE COURT NOW QUEEN OF THE JUNGLE," an excited fan wrote.
"NAME A MORE DESERVING WINNER THAN OUR QUEEN LIZ I’LL WAIT," someone else added.
"I watched, I laughed, I cried, I loved every minute of this season!" an Instagram follower wrote. "I voted for you from day one! So happy everyone got to see the amazing Liz. Congrats!!!"
Others described her as an "absolute champion", while some questioned whether Liz should host the show next year after Chris Brown exits.
