Hugh Grant Casually Said He Doesn't Remember Donald Trump From His Cameo In "Two Weeks Notice," And It's Quite Hilarious

Get in here, kids! Hugh Grant said something spicy about former president Donald Trump.

I’m sorry, I can’t help with that

During an appearance on The Graham Norton Show, Hugh playfully said Trump "always wanted to be in my stuff" when the host brought up the former president's name.

I don’t know who this is, but they are in a suit with a thoughtful expression, possibly on a talk show set

"He played a bit part as himself in a romantic comedy I did with Sandra Bullock," Hugh said.

He's talking about the 2002 romantic comedy Two Weeks Notice.

Yup, that's right. The 45th president who criticizes Hollywood wasn't just a random cameo in Home Alone 2, The Little Rascals, Zoolander, The Nanny, and The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air — he was opposite Hugh in the popular rom-com.

While Trump's 20 seconds of screen time were Academy Award-winning material (I kid), Hugh wasn't moved at all by Trump's inclusion, barely remembering his presence altogether.

"But the fact is that I don't really remember him very well. The night he came, I had a bet with Sandy that I could make the chairman of Warner Bros. cry by 9 p.m.," Hugh continued.

"So I'm afraid Donald Trump didn't really register," Hugh said.

Graham asked if Trump was at least nice to him, and Hugh replied, "All I remember is that a day or two afterward, I got a call to say, 'You've been made a member of Trump National New York [a golf club],'" but the Wonka actor didn't seem to care at all.

"I don't remember him greatly as a person," he said.

To add a little cherry on top, Sebastian Stan (who portrays Trump in the 2024 film The Apprentice) playfully suggested that not even Trump remembers himself that way either.

I don't know who these people are, but they are sitting on a talk show sofa, dressed in formal and semi-formal attire, engaged in conversation

In short, Hugh Grant when asked about Donald Trump:

I don't know who this person is, but they are in an interview setting with an inset of a man walking in an illustration. Text: "I DON'T KNOW WHO THIS MAN IS."

No, but seriously Graham was like, but y'all at least got along, and Hugh was like:
