The Bachelor beauty turned actress has opened up about the very scary experience of baring it all for a good cause in Channel 7’s upcoming All New Monty broadcast.

In the third and final episode set to air this Sunday, Sam joins a host of other famous Aussies in performing a live striptease to raise fund for cancer.

Sam told Nova FM’s Fitzy and Wippa this morning that despite being used to TV appearances, she was absolutely petrified ahead of the show.

“I was absolutely terrified, I was shaking, I was very anxious,” she told the hosting duo.

She said having professional connections in the crowd just made it worse.

“Even doing the strip, I had all my colleagues in the audience and my bosses!” she said. “It was very confronting!”

While you may assume plenty of bells, whistle and smoke screens saved the celebs from truly being exposed in a TV special, think again. Sam says when it came to the big moment there was virtually nothing between her and the audience.

Host Fitzy asked the 31-year-old what exactly happened the moment the ladies flashed the crowd.

“Can I get this right, when you girls actually take the hats away, is there a flash of light that goes into the crowd?” he asked.

“I’ll tell you what, not enough!” Sam replied. “We didn’t have a proper rehearsal and they’re like, ‘oh don’t worry, no one is going to see there’s going to be smoke blah blah blah’.”

“Then we got there and there wasn’t that much smoke and I was like, ‘oh this is weird!’”

The famous ladies joining Sam on this week’s TV event include veteran showbiz legend Patti Newton, radio host Ash Pollard, swimming Olympic gold medallist Leisel Jones, actress and singer Danielle Spencer, former Miss World Australia Erin Holland and comedian Fiona O’Loughlin.

The boys baring all include Better Homes and Gardens’ Adam Dovile, cricket commentator Michael Slater, actor Orpheus Pledger, comedian Paul Fenech, actor Samuel Johnson, renowned trainer Shannan Ponton former AFL player turned DJ and model Tom Derickx and AFL commentator Wayne Carey.

The All New Monty airs Sunday night at 7pm on Seven.
