Home and Away: Popular TikTok star Millie Ford set to join cast
Millie Ford is set to play an influencer causing a stir in Summer Bay.
Internet star Millie Ford is set to star in a guest role on Home and Away, in a huge career move for the influential TikToker.
The 27-year-old influencer is looking to pursue a career in mainstream acting and said landing the role was 'a dream come true'.
Millie will be playing a social media influencer named Montana and will be on the show from tonight's episode. She said the fact she plays an influencer gave everyone in her life a bit of a laugh.
“I can’t say too much about my character,” Millie told 7NEWS.com.au. "But I will say it’s quite fun and we had the best time."
Millie rose to fame on TikTok, posting viral parody videos and has amassed over 1.5 million followers on the platform and the jump into acting felt like a natural next step for the rising star.

“I was basically doing silly little impressions of characters in my life, or past teachers, mums and that kind of thing,” she said.
“I consciously kind of made the decision to step into acting, and really give it a crack,” she said. “I ended up getting an acting agent and creative rep who have been awesome.”
Fans and friends of Millie's are excited to see her make her Summer Bay debut tonight.
"Stop it," fellow influencer Jade Tunchy commented.
"This may just be my cue to start watching Home & Away again," one fan said. "The best thing since sliced bread," another commented.
"Best thing ever! Summer Bay looks great on you, girl," another said.
