Home and Away fans point out huge plot hole: 'Have often wondered that'
Summer Bay fans have been questioning how the hell Cash and Eden are currently surviving financially.
Home and Away fans have pointed out a glaring plot hole within the show's storylines, after a discussion about suspended Summer Bay cop Cash Newman and how he's been surviving financially after being on forced leave and unsure if he wants his job back.
Cash, who was caught up in a whole police scandal in the Bay and suspended for three months without pay, has also recently suffered through his girlfriend Eden being kidnapped and his sister going through a painful separation. But with Eden safe again, and things turning around, one fan took to a Home and Away Facebook group this week to ask a very valid question.
"Three months without pay. And Eden barely does enough gigs. How do they pay their bills?" they commented.
The comment had Home and Away fans laughing, though some came through with the facts.

"Cash had a lot of savings," one person pointed out, reminding fans of Cash's inheritance.
"Who needs money in Summer Bay?" another person joked. "I need to go and live there!" someone commented in response.
"Roo will have to organise a fundraiser she loves doing that. It will give something to do too," another fan joked.
"Have often wondered that and also for all the coffees they have lol," another fan pointed out.
Others acknowledged some of the Summer Bay businesses seem to thrive still while going on extended breaks.
"Like a garage that doesn't operate for six months, then mysteriously reappears as a functioning business," one person pointed out about Justin's garage.
