Home and Away fans divided over new relationship: 'Don't do this'
While the chemistry between Mac and Levi is undeniable, not all Home and Away fans are happy.
If you've been keeping up with Summer Bay drama, you'll be all across the steamy new romance between Mackenzie Booth (Emily Weir) and her doctor Levi Fowler (Tristan Gorey) — but not all Home and Away fans are happy about it.
For those who are unaware, the basic storyline goes like this: hot, young, thriving business owner Mac had a heart attack, discovered she had a rare condition, and thankfully an extremely handsome doctor swooped in to save the day. He sat by her bedside as she recovered, sparks flew, it turns out he's the estranged brother of local band member Eden (Stephanie Panozzo) and finally he and Mac had their long-awaited kiss.
Apart from dealing with crippling jealousy that a hot doctor hasn't randomly swooped in to save my day and the only experience I've ever had after anaesthesia was thinking my surgeon said he removed six of my teeth, as a Home and Away fan, I was really happy for Mac finally getting her happy ending.
But because good things rarely last in Summer Bay, Levi then 'fessed up — he's actually married. And supposedly happily married. For some reason, Mackenzie decided to not love herself and engage in a full-blown affair with Levi and that's where we now find ourselves.

While the chemistry between the two is undeniable, not all Home and Away fans are happy with this matching: which is fair, because between every hot scene betweet the pair, there's Levi texting Mac like "DoN'T tExT mE wHeN I'm WiTh mY wIfE" and it's all just a bit toxic.
'Dysfunctional'
"I just don't understand how they can both let this go on, he has a wife that he loves and she doesn't give a crap as long as she's happy," one person ranted. "Don't worry about his wife at home thinking he's working, shame on you both especially you Mac you wouldn't like it if it was the other way around!"
"Why can’t there be a wholesome marriage relationship on H&A?" another person sadly asked. "Such a dysfunctional show now."
"Don't like this. It's like the show is encouraging cheating!!" another person pointed out.
"They’d be a great couple if he wasn’t married but the whole cheating thing gives me the ick every time they’re together on screen," someone commented. "Thought Mac would have more sense."
However, not all fans are mad.
"Do people forget that this is a show," one person said. "Damn, these comments are a little too serious as if this is real life."
"They're both such a hot flirts," another fan said. "I think they're cute together. His 'want her' eyes are sexy."
"Don’t blame her he’s 🔥🔥" another thirsty fan commented.
