Yahoo Lifestyle Hallmark Fans "Can't Wait" After Tyler Hynes Teases His Holiday Movie
Who's ready to see a little more Tyler Hynes in their lives? The Hallmark actor is certainly ready for some more time on television, and he's giving a major update on a project that'll have Hallmark fans very excited.
Back in 2022, the hit TV network premiered the holiday film Three Wise Men and a Baby. Starring Tyler, Andrew Walker and Paul Campbell, the movie followed three brothers that find themselves in babysitting mode when forced to take care of a baby over the holiday season. The movie quickly gained a large following among TV viewers, and Hallmark even greenlit a sequel movie back in April, per Variety.
Well, Tyler went on Instagram to share that the movie (titled Three Wiser Men and a Boy) is not only set to air during Hallmark's "Countdown to Christmas"programming, it'll premiere on TV on Saturday, November 23 at 8 p.m. ET. And if that's not enough, he also shared a sneak peek trailer... along with his own funny quip about what to expect.
"… And Christmas was saved.✨💣👴🏻🫠👾+👦🏻," he wrote in the caption. "Nov 23rd 8/7c ❄️ On @hallmarkchannel 🎄."
When fans learned Tyler's new movie was coming out so soon, they couldn't hold back their elation in the comments.
"Can’t wait for the sequel we’ve been wanting since before the first one even aired 😍❤️," one person wrote. "Sooo excited!!! Loveeee!! Can’t wait! 👏🏻👏🏻❤️💚," another agreed. "‘Tis the season to be Brenner! 🙌 So awesome! ❤️💚 This is definitely bringing the festive feels! ✨🎄🎉✨," a different follower added.
Well, we're certainly tuning in for this film as soon as it airs! As for what the film will be about, viewers will once again see the Brenner brothers get ready for another Christmas. As the group goes through a series of unexpected events, the trio all band together to help one of the brothers' sons put on the school holiday musical. Just from the premise alone, Tyler's new film is definitely something Hallmark fans will love!
And if that wasn't enough, Tyler has one more major movie coming out on Hallmark this year. He's set to star in Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story, which will follow Alana (Hunter King) a Kansas City Chiefs superfan who wants her family to win the team's "Fan of the Year" contest. Tyler will play Derrick, the Director of Fan Engagement tasked to evaluate her family and see if they deserve the prize.
