Halloween in Hollywood sometimes looks like your favorite celebrities dressing up like their favorite celebrities, and this spooky season we got one epic crossover with today's most famous Halles.

On Oct. 30, singer and actress Halle Bailey shared photos of herself dressed up as actress Halle Berry as Jinx in the 2002 film Die Another Day, seemingly poking fun at the confusion around their similar-sounding names.

The Little Mermaid star, 24, dressed down in a sexy orange bikini accessorized with a belt sheath and wore a wavy pixie cut wig to look like the Oscar winner in her James Bond era.

Bailey even served her best badass poses against a beach backdrop to replicate the scenery in the film. The whole set looked that good that the mom of one had to confirm on her Instagram Stories that the images weren’t made with artificial intelligence (“The wig really fit, I couldn’t believe it either,” she joked).

Berry, 58, immediately praised Bailey, commenting “Awe ...my girl did that! What a huge compliment! Love you angel,” under her post.

“My queen approves!! My life is made,” the “Angel” singer wrote on her Instagram Stories.

Bailey has previously opened up about partially sharing a name with the iconic star.

"Yes, well my family, we've always loved Halle Berry. I mean, she's amazing," she said on Live with Kelly and Mark in May 2023.

"Originally when I was a baby, they wanted to name me Hailey but my last name is Bailey. So that wouldn't have worked," she explained at the time, after cohost Kelly Ripa asked whether Bailey's parents "contemplated" the similarities between her name and that of the silver screen legend before her.

"They ultimately decided Halle, and it's very similar to Halle Berry," she said. "But there's no one else I would rather have a similar name to ‘cause she's so cool."
