Meanwhile, H.E.R. was also dressed to impress in a classic black blazer and flared pants over an unbuttoned white shirt.
“Well, you know, I feel like it's super bossy,” she tells PEOPLE of her look. “It's super elevated, which Ralph does very well and I'm just comfy and chilling and I threw my natural curls on and it was only right.”
She also revealed that she made her own red lipstick.
“We actually made it, I needed to create my own personal H.E.R. red because there wasn't a red that was right,” H.E.R. tells PEOPLE. “And I matched my nails. I made this red too.”
Speaking about the legacy of Ralph Lauren, she adds, “I think that Ralph kind of touches on a lot of different eras like I see some '60s but I see '70s and '80s.
"It’s always been iconic,” the “Hold Us Together” artist tells PEOPLE. “It's always been timeless. I have Ralph Lauren pieces that I've had for many, many years and they never get old. So I just think it's timeless.”
