Jackson previously confirmed to People magazine in November that she was expecting a baby with her boyfriend, who has not been publicly identified.
"I'm thrilled to begin this new chapter in my life − embracing motherhood and diving into new acting projects," she said at the time. "My heart is so full!"

In a TikTok posted on Sunday, taken while Jackson was still pregnant, she showed the process of packing her bag for the hospital while preparing for her delivery.
"It's big and filled up, and I'll see you guys when I have my baby," she said after completing the packing.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement to the Los Angeles Times that "based on the initial investigation, it was determined Ms. Jackson was the primary aggressor" in the incident. "We appreciate that the DA determined very quickly that there should be no charges of any kind and Skai looks forward to putting this behind her."
