First look at Real Housewives of Sydney reboot as huge influencers spotted filming
The return of the controversial reality show was announced last month.
Six years after being cancelled because of the cast members' “toxic” and “nasty” behaviour, The Real Housewives of Sydney is set to return with a second season later this year on Binge.
Although the new cast hasn’t been officially announced yet, Yahoo Lifestyle has obtained photos of former star Krissy Marsh filming scenes in Sydney’s eastern suburbs last week.
The 51-year-old reality star was spotted alongside Sydney socialite Caroline Gaultier as they worked up a sweat with Australia’s most famous personal trainer, Jono Castano.
Jono, who boasts 867,000 Instagram followers and is the man behind Rebel Wilson’s dramatic transformation, was seen putting the ladies through their paces in Rose Bay.

It is unclear if Jono will be making regular appearances in the upcoming season, however, his ex-wife and business partner Amy Castano and her soccer player boyfriend Aaron Evans were also spotted by the shoot.
Other rumoured new cast members include NRL WAG and shoe designer Terry Biviano, who is married to former Roosters player Anthony Minichiello, and former television news anchor Sally Obermeder.
What else do we know about the show?
After rumours began circulating last year about a reboot, Binge officially made the announcement in April that they had commissioned a second season of The Real Housewives of Sydney.
“The Real Housewives franchise is wildly popular across the globe, and we felt a cosmopolitan city like Sydney needed again to have a brand-new local version,” Binge's executive director Alison Hubert-Burns told The Daily Telegraph.
PR queen and former reality star Roxy Jacenko was initially tipped to appear as a cast member but shut down rumours late last year.
The SAS Australia star told Daily Mail in November she wouldn’t be appearing on the show as it’s a “rival network” to Nine’s streaming service Stan, who she is an ambassador for.
“I don't even know who started that [rumour]. But no,” she said. “Apparently I am, but not that I've heard.”
