Farmer Wants A Wife star Benjamin Jackson has confirmed his secret relationship after being forced to exit the show last year when his grandmother passed away, and he suffered his own health emergency.

Farmer Benjamin was believed to have been seeing one of the women from his season, Hannah, with the pair officially confirming their relationship with an Instagram video.

Hannah took to Instagram to share a video in celebration of Benjamin's birthday, with the video also appearing on the farmer's account.

"Happy birthday my darling," Hannah wrote, alongside a love heart emoji.

Benjamin was quick to reply, writing, "Well thank you very much… many many more memories to come. Love you."

"Forever making me laugh," Hannah responded. "Love you!"

Not only did the video showcase some of the couple's sweet moments together, but it also showed Benjamin undergoing quite the transformation, with the farmer appearing completely unrecognisable.

The reality star chose to get a suave new haircut and shave his beard, with the farmer looking like he was set to take on a red carpet.

Benjamin's friends and followers shared well wishes for his birthday, with one user writing, "Lovely to see you [love] birds."

Rumours that Benjamin and Hannah were together first kicked off when she shared a photo of them together, which he later shared to his Instagram Stories.

In the snap, the pair enjoyed a drink, with Hannah captioning the photo with a love heart emoji.

Hannah was one of three contestants who were sent home after Benjamin learned of his grandmother's passing, and he himself was diagnosed with a "health issue", with doctors telling him he needed to leave the show and focus on getting better.

"I’m devastated to be going home," Hannah said on the show at the time. "I care for him a lot, I’m worried about Benjamin, I’m worried about his health. We all hope he’s okay."
