Yahoo Lifestyle Fans Call Chrissy Teigen’s Daughter ‘Mommy’s Twin’ in New Video: ‘She’s a Mini Chrissy’
Chrissy Teigen is very open about her family life, and her fans have seen her children grow up in front of their eyes via the model’s social media updates.
Now, her oldest child with her husband, singer John Legend, is astonishing fans because of how much she looks like her famous mom.
Teigen posted a video on Instagram on Jan. 31 that shows her daughter Luna, 8, speaking confidently into the camera to announce that her Girl Scout troop is selling cookies.
“Hey guys, it’s Luna, I’m a Girl Scout Brownie and guess what? It’s cookie season!” she declared in the video while playing with her dog Pearl’s floppy ears. “So if you’re looking for your favorite cookies, you came to the right place,” she continued.

Teigen captioned the video with more information, explaining that people who are interested in purchasing cookies from Luna’s troop can do so via a link in her bio. “Your cookie dollars will help our girls continue their support of families and communities across Los Angeles,” wrote Teigen, explaining that “One of our favorite moments last cookie season was able to bring us was being able to bless entire @baby2baby families with countless gifts for Christmas and essentials all year round. You guys, and your support, YOU did that. And we are so grateful.”
Baby2Baby is a charity organization that provides necessities like diapers and clothing to children living in poverty across the United States.
Teigen also put out a call to charitable organizations in the Los Angeles area, asking them to reach out to her directly if they need assistance. In her typical humorous tone, the cookbook author then reminded her fans that “this will be the last run for s’more cookies FOREVER I hate to break that news to you but if you want to have one last hurrah, we are here for you.”
While fans jumped into the comments to offer their support to the cause, many of the comments were about how big Luna has gotten and how much she looks like her mom.
“I can’t believe how grown Luna is 🥹🥹 feel like a virtual auntie whose watched grow ❤️❤️,” said one fan.
