Fans Say Adele ‘Got the Decimal on the Wrong Spot’ After Learning Eye-Popping Price for New Limited-Edition Album

Fans of British singer Adele aren't too happy about the cost of a new limited-edition album, sharing their thoughts on the eye-popping price tag on social media.

It was just announced that Adele was coming out with a Weekends With Adele: Live in Las Vegas vinyl limited-edition box set, which promises a "one-of-a-kind audio experience."

But with a price tag of $349, fans aren't sure if the album is worth the hit their wallet will take, with many sharing shocked reactions to the cost.

Music news account Pop Vinyl Alerts shared an update announcing the upcoming release, with the album set to come out in April 2025, leading many Adele fans to comment on the post.

Adele also announced her new merch, which includes some other exciting items as well, on her social media.

In reaction to Pop Vinyl Alerts, some strong reactions to the price included, "For that price only if she brings it home 😂😂😂😂," and "the price is not it i’m sorry."

Others wrote, "i think she got the decimal on the wrong spot…" and "The gasp I let out when I saw that price. I love you Adele but $350???????"

A different fan simply called the price "insane."

"I think she added an extra number to the price on accident," joked another, as someone else questioned, "For those [sic] price and its [sic] not even signed??"

But some people seemed unfazed by the amount, with different replies like, "Very cool box design, I want to hold it and flip through everything," and "Just got 4 😍😍."

Adele hasn't shared any response to the ongoing criticism of the price.

The singer finished her long-running Las Vegas residency on Saturday, Nov. 23, with her partner Rich Paul, and son Angelo making an appearance in the audience.

Earlier this year, she announced that she would be taking an extended hiatus from performing, saying to her fans, "I will not see you for an incredibly long time."
