Erin Molan fires up over 'inappropriate' outfit comments

"I wear what I feel like, what I feel good in, what makes me feel amazing."

Erin Molan hit out against criticism that she dresses “inappropriately” for her age during a segment on her 2DayFM radio show Hughesy, Ed and Erin on Thursday.

The presenter called out the “negative attitude” towards women in their 40s or older, calling the comments "ridiculous".

"There's this whole, kind of, group now and I know that they're celebrities and I know they've got help," she said. "But sorry, being 50 now is like being 30, 20 – 50 years ago. Women look amazing, we are not old when we are 30, 40, 50, 60."

Erin used Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Lopez and Nicole Scherzinger as examples of women in their 50s and 40s who look incredible and can wear "bikinis" and "cut-outs".
