Elle Fanning wore a Balmain gown with an exaggerated silhouette while walking the Golden Globes 2025 red carpet on Sunday in Los Angeles. Her dress featured a sweetheart neckline with a sharp V-line cutout with a sequined leopard-print neckline. The dress’s bodice included a gathered texture, which seemed to twist around Fanning’s torso and created an almost corkscrew-like effect.

A cinched waistline was created by a delicate, thin belt, which offered an amicable separation between the two halves of the gown. The skirt was ballgown-style in a muted peach color, which created a dramatic juxtaposition to the fitted upper.
Fanning is accessorized with a statement Panthère de Cartier necklace in gold that features two panthers facing each other, accented throughout with onyx spots. Fanning is the French luxury goods house’s latest global ambassador and the face of the Grain de Café collection.
The actor’s makeup featured a bold red lip and similarly striking winged black eyeliner. She opted for a simple eyeshadow and subtle rosy cheek. Her blond hair was styled in a sleek side-swept updo.

Fanning is coming off the press tour for James Mangold’s latest film, “A Complete Unknown,” wherein Fanning stars along with Timothée Chalament. The film is a biography about legendary musician Bob Dylan’s rise to popularity, with Fanning playing Sylvie Russo, Dylan’s love interest.
