Dyson fans rejoice: Try before you buy at the retailer's first Aussie demo store

Dyson has just unveiled the latest addition to its already impressive arsenal, but this time it's bigger than ever.
In an Australian first, Dyson has opened its first demonstration store on George Street, in the heart of Sydney. This new immersive demo space is the largest trading retail Dyson store across Asia and Australasia and is now open to the public to test out the many tools Dyson has to offer.
The store is home to Dyson’s full portfolio of key technologies, helping customers discover, explore and better understand how Dyson technology works. The aim, says Dyson, is to enable owners and potential owners of its products to create healthier homes and lifestyles.
This vast space includes a range of demonstration zones and interactive displays showing how real-world problems, such as pollution and hair damage, can be minimised by Dyson technologies. It's the ultimate hands-on experience for customers to try before they buy.

Looking for the best vacuum cleaner? Head to the wall of debris, where you can vacuum up a range of things and witness the effectiveness of Dyson vacuums.
Or are you searching for your new favourite hair tool? The Beauty Lab is where shoppers can have their hair analysed and styled with Dyson Hair Care products.
In this world-first store, Dyson fans are also able to access exclusive and limited edition colourways of the products they know and love.
Customers can even stop by the personalisation bar, where they can get complimentary case debossing for their Dyson SupersonicTM hair dryer or Dyson AirwrapTM styler. A selection of colours for the foil initials and gift-wrapping services are available.

A new generation of cord-free vacuum cleaners features a precisely angled laser beam that reveals hidden dust, while an acoustic piezo sensor measures and records the dust and debris that has been sucked up, displaying the data on a screen in real-time. At the Dyson demo store, you'll be able to see the Dyson HyperdymiumTM motor and five layers of filtration close-up and try the machine on four different floor surfaces with a variety of dust and debris.

The new Dyson Demo store is now officially open and is located at 301 & 285 George Street, Sydney.
It will be open daily from 10am - 6pm except for Thursdays, when it will be open from 10am - 9pm, and Sundays from 10am - 5pm.
