Drake’s Sprawling Beverly Hills Estate Is up for Rent at $250,000 per Month

After nearly two years on and off the housing market at $88 million, Aubrey “Drake” Graham has now decided to hoist the palatial Beverly Hills estate he acquired from English pop singer Robbie Williams and his wife Ayda Field up for rent, asking a hefty $250,000 per month. The listing is shared by Branden and Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates and Marc Bretter of Maywood Property Group.

Records show the Canadian music superstar paid $75 million for the property back in spring 2022, before promptly flipping it back up for sale a short year or so later with a $13 million jump in price. He subsequently removed and then relisted the place in early 2024 for the exact same price, and it remains for sale should a deep-pocketed buyer decide to come calling.

Nestled beyond a secluded cul-de-sac and lengthy gated driveway, amid a nearly 20-acre parcel high in the hills above Benedict Canyon, the Tuscan-style spread was originally built in 2001 and fashioned by KAA Design Group for Guess co-founder Armand Marciano. A total of 10 bedrooms and 22 baths are sprawled across almost 25,000 square feet of three-level living space offering picturesque canyon and city lights views. Glitzy amenities range from an elevator, a wine cellar, and a game room to a gym and an 11-car garage.

Other highlights include a double-height foyer boasting a curving iron-railed staircase topped by a striking cubist chandelier. Not one but two fireplaces and a wet bar grace the principal living room that opens onto an expansive covered loggia. There’s also a library, a formal dining room, and a gourmet kitchen outfitted with dual islands, top-tier appliances, and a breakfast nook. A sumptuous primary retreat comes with a fireplace, a private balcony, and a salon-like bath that’s bigger than some houses.

The manicured grounds are laced with mature olive and oak trees and host a large mosaic-tiled pool, as well as a full-size tennis court with a viewing platform and an indoor-outdoor kitchen sporting a pizza oven. Rounding it all out: a separate staff wing and a guesthouse.

In addition to his Beverly Hills estate, the One Dance rapper owns a palatial 50,000-square-foot megamansion in Toronto’s affluent Bridle Path neighborhood that cost tens of millions of dollars to build. And, in late 2023, he also doled out $15 million for a luxury resort property in the Texas city of Brenham, between Austin and Houston.
