Disney Alum Kelli Berglund Contemplates Whether or Not She’ll Take Fiancé Tyler Wilson’s Last Name After Marriage

Kelli Berglund is still undecided about taking her future husband's last name.

During an appearance on Cooking with Bradley Steven Perry, the Lab Rats alumna contemplated whether or not she'll change her last name after the couple weds.

"Um… Well, for acting purposes, I might hyphenate it," she told Good Luck Charlie alum Bradley Steven Perry. "I don't know, I don't know."

She shrugged her shoulders and added: "Haven't thought that far ahead."

Last month, Berglund announced her engagement to musician Tyler Wilson via a joint post on Instagram on Nov. 9. At the time, she seemed set on taking the Wilson family name as she captioned the post, "Mrs. Wilson incoming 💍."

"I would love for Wilson to be in there somewhere. I mean I think our kids' last names will probably be Wilson," she continued to her fellow former Disney actor. "I don't know how that works though with like SAG and stuff. Am I allowed to change my name? You don't think there's a Kelli Wilson already? There's definitely not a Kelli Berglund-Wilson."

Aside from pondering the practical reasons behind a potential name change, the Heels star showed off her new diamond engagement ring, which she had taken off in the beginning of the Christmas cookies baking video because she "didn't want to get it all chocolatey."

The sparkling diamond appears to be oval-cut on a gold band.

Berglund and Wilson have always had their relationship in the spotlight. The two frequently post photos of one another on Instagram, with Wilson most recently sharing a series of sweet snaps of themselves in late October ahead of their engagement, writing, "Your favorite power couple’s favorite power couple👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏻🖤."

The newly engaged pair appear to have started dating sometime in early 2016, as Berglund referred to him as her "boyfriend" on X (formerly Twitter) that summer. "Dragging boyfriend to a make up event ✨," she captioned a tweet posted on June 3, 2016. In the photo, Wilson kisses Berglund's cheek at the Maybelline New York Beauty Bash.
