Demi Moore Is Utterly Unrecognizable in New Photos From 'The Substance'

While celebrities are posting pics of their over-the-top Halloween costumes all over social media, Demi Moore didn't need a new disguise to get in the spooky spirit.

The 61-year-old actress took to Instagram on Thursday, Oct. 31, to share a series of behind-the-scenes photos from the filming of her horror movie The Substance—and fans loved getting a glimpse of the ghoulish prosthetics.

In the first snap, Moore stared into the camera wearing a pair of glasses as the older version of her character in the film, Elisabeth Sparkle. The second shot showed the torso of the costume, featuring a surplus of saggy skin.

For a third image, Moore posed in a parking lot wearing the top half of her prosthetics over a pair of green athletic shorts while holding her little dog, Pilaf. In the final photo, Moore (as Elisabeth) was covered in fake blood.

"Spoiler alert 🚨 Been holding onto these gems from @trythesubstance and today feels like an appropriate day to share them. Happy Halloween from Elisabeth Sparkle 🧪THE SUBSTANCE is officially streaming today on @mubi!" Moore captioned her post.
