Coles launches epic Christmas range with 150 new products

It’s time to start thinking about your Christmas dinner because Coles has just launched their 2021 festive range with 150 new items.

The retail giant has thought of everything from crackling ham roasts to summer berry trifles and Christmas icing figurines.

Encompassing everything you could possibly need for a family get-together, the Christmas range also features heat-and-eat gourmet entrées, savoury side dishes and salads and show-stopping centrepieces.

Our top pick from this year has to be the crackling ham rack roast, which is left on the bone, brined and smoked and ready for the oven.

There’s also an RSPCA Approved Hunter Valley Turkducken on the menu and an indulgent Belgian Chocolate Trifle which features layers of vanilla and chocolate mousse, Belgian chocolate brownies and chocolate ganache.

If desserts are your thing, there are plenty on offer in this year’s range, with a raspberry, vanilla and white chocolate mousse log catching our eye. It’s made up of rich chocolate sponge layers of lightly salted caramel and Belgian chocolate mousse. And it’s finished with a sprinkle of hazelnuts on top.

Of course, Coles has something for everyone and is also bringing back a luxury Christmas pudding, fruit mince pies and a classic panettone.

This year, Coles is focusing on sustainability and says its products are more responsibly sourced right across the range.

In keeping with the sustainable theme, Coles will have its first-ever range of 100% plastic-free and recyclable festive crackers. Made from FSC paper, they come in a modern rustic colour and include a classic joke, paper hat and puzzles to play around the Christmas table.

Coles’ decorative range includes new wind-up children’s wooden musical toys and wooden ornaments to dress up the Christmas tree and provide Aussie parents with more sustainable gifting options.

Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars have also created Christmas drinks pairings for your food

Coles also announced new kitchen utensils to collect from 27 October, featuring four new stainless-steel MasterChef Knives, scissors and an electric mini chopper, as well as a return of the four most popular knives from last year’s collection.
