Christina Haack Takes Tennessee Farmhouse Off the Market After Listing It While Ex Josh Hall Was Staying There
The ‘Christina in the Country’ star announced she was selling the property on Oct. 3, despite a September legal agreement that allowed her estranged husband to live there
Christina Haack (formerly Hall) has taken her Tennessee farmhouse off the market amid her contentious divorce from her estranged husband Josh Hall.
The Christina on the Coast star, 41, officially removed the Leiper's Fork property on Friday, Oct. 25, according to property records. The move comes less than a month after she first announced she was selling the home for $4.5 million on Thursday, Oct. 3.
The HGTV star's second home was the setting of her spin-off show Christina in the Country and features six bedrooms and six bathrooms across 5,000 sq. ft. Christina’s real estate agent Kelly Dougherty previously shared an Instagram video showing off the stunning modern farmhouse after it was put up for sale.
In the comments of Dougherty's video, Christina wrote that it was “bittersweet” to leave such an “amazing home."

The home has been a point of contention between Christina and Josh, 44, as the formerly Austin-based real estate professional has been living there since the couple's separation in July, a source previously told PEOPLE.
In a temporary legal agreement between the exes filed in September and obtained by PEOPLE, the two agreed that Josh was permitted to live in the house, which is solely owned by Christina, as long as Christina was not renting out the residence, which she occasionally does as a vacation property.

Josh has since shared snippets of his life in Tennessee post-split, and even updated the location in his Instagram bio to Leiper’s Fork.
When Christina first announced that she was listing the property in October, she took to her Instagram Stories to call out her ex’s update directly in her caption.
"I guess 'Leiper's Fork' is gonna have to come off the bio soon," she wrote. "Time to go back to reality."
According to court documents that the designer filed in July, Christina purchased the home in February 2021 before she married Josh. Following news of the listing, Josh filed an ex parte in an attempt to block any potential sale, which Christina refuted.

Most recently, the home appeared front and center during the season two premiere of Christina in the Country on Tuesday, Nov. 12. The episode was filmed before their split and Josh makes multiple appearances alongside his now-estranged wife, with the pair joking around and smiling in scenes together.
Christina and Josh first started dating in March 2021. They secretly tied the knot in October 2021, and later held an intimate wedding ceremony in Hawaii in September 2022.
In Josh’s divorce filing obtained by PEOPLE on July 16, he listed their official date of separation as July 8 and cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split. He also requested spousal support from Christina.
Josh is Christina’s third husband. She was first married to her former Flip or Flop co-star Tarek El Moussa, 43, followed by her second husband, Celebrity IOU: Joyride host Ant Anstead, 45. She shares daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9, with El Moussa, along with son Hudson, 5, with Anstead. Josh has also been married once before.
