Olivia Newton-John has been left devastated by new claims her missing lover Patrick McDermott is alive, with her daughter Chloe Lattanzi confirming the family’s distress in an exclusive interview.
There are fresh allegations that Patrick – who disappeared in June 2005 during an overnight fishing trip – is now living in rural Mexico with a German woman.

‘It’s hard, we lost someone,’ says Chloe, now 20, who was just 11 when Patrick disappeared.
An insider close to the family says Olivia is trying to put on a brave face amid the new reports, but she is devastated.
‘To have the heartache of this brought up again has been tough,’ the source says.
‘Olivia and Chloe just want to put it behind them.’
