Chloë Grace Moretz Seemingly Confirmed Her Engagement to Kate Harrison

It seems that congratulations are in order for actor Chloë Grace Moretz and Playboy model Kate Harrison. In a recent New Years Instagram carousel, Moretz appeared to confirm rumors about their engagement by sneaking a cute picture of their rings into the second to last slide. The photo simply shows their interlocking hands and matching diamond rings on a beach.

This photo seemingly confirms rumors that have been circulating for some time. Moretz was spotted wearing a ring (apparently the same ring) on that finger way back in a June Instagram post, while Harrison seemed to have been wearing the ring in a post from May.

According to Steven Stone's Maxwell Stone, the rings may appear to be identical, but they have subtle personalizations. “A closer look reveals subtle differences between the two stunning, Art Deco-inspired sparklers," he says. "Though both feature round cut diamonds in a solitaire setting, Kate’s is set on a pave band, further accentuating its sparkle. It also appears to be crafted from platinum, adding a touch of luxury and durability."

He went on: "Crafted from yellow gold, Chloë’s ring boasts a sturdier design, with the stone set slightly higher, giving it a more pronounced, bold look. Chloë’s diamond also appears slightly larger–I’d estimate it to be around 1.25ct, while Kate’s diamond seems to be around 1ct."

Stone estimates that Moretz's ring may be worth around $20,000.

Elsewhere in the carousel, Moretz included photos of the couple laughing together in a car with a dog. In another photo in the carousel, Moretz appeared to be wearing the same ring on her left hand. "Happiest New Year," she wrote in the caption. "So thankful for what this year has brought. The people, the places, our families, our health, our love. Wishing all of you a peaceful start to this new year."

Moretz was first linked to Harrison back in 2018 when they were spotted kissing while out in Malibu, per TMZ. Moretz hasn't spoken about their relationship much, but in a 2022 interview with The i, she said that she was in a "long-term relationship. However, she added, “I like to keep my private life private—and I really enjoy that.”

Moretz also dated Brooklyn Beckham from 2014 until 2018.
